Hi,

Have not been on here for many years it seems, but thought would let I have turned back on my Dai Xin Yi Quan blog.

I don't currently practice any more, but are still getting a lot of email, asking me about stuff, so I thought I would be nice and present what I have got.

I would be interested to know why you don't practice anymore.
