I never met Mike but exchanged through e-mails with him. A great loss and so young...

My condolences to Mike's family

We added a short tribute to Mike on the blog (threeharmonies.blogspot.com)
For some reason when we search on Youtube it does not come up in the search, so I wanted to let people know where to find it. We plan on making bigger ones later, but wanted to get this out there and share some of the candid shots we have of Mike and people training with him over the last 4 years here in Seattle, and in New Mexico.

Peace,
Jake

OMG :o

The martial arts community lost a great teacher and martial artist. I never met him face to face but have always admired what he does and the way he did it.

RIP :'(

I didn't know him, but by all accounts it sounds like he was a good martial artist and family man, so at least he fulfilled his destiny in life. That to me is cause for celebration.

Condolensces to his family and students.
NOBODY gets near Yung when Tanaka's around. That's for shit sure.

Indeed sad news.. R.I.P
Martin Lund Rasmussen

In case you are unfamiliar with Eddie Mush, he was the character in the movie "A Bronx Tale" who was a total jinx. He had a perfect track record of losing every bet he ever placed as well as jinxing everyone around him.
