whenever i hear about a master dying, i never feel sad. i just think that they transcended their body to go train and practice with their lineage masters already in the afterlife.

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
