Today I went out and practiced a bit of bagua. While I was taking a break, I decided to do some rolling on the grass at the school yard where I practice. I noticed that rolling around on the ground is much easier after doing IMA as a warmup. If you haven't tried it, I strongly recommend this type of practice. It was super fun. :)

i have never seen the words weird, obvious, and epiphany together before.

just make sure it's not a dog yard.
