I like the way the dude fires that arrow. He doesn't pull with his arms, instead he sits back into his stance, which draws the bow using the body and legs. When I did a bit of XingYi archery the concept was very similar (drawing the bow with the body, not the arms) but the method was different (you went forward and drew the bow with a 'punch', not backwards).
One does not simply post on RSF.

My DVD arrived on Saturday, and I managed to sit down and watch it this afternoon.

Absolutely fantastic stuff.
The Serge Augier section was incredibly insightful, and I found the Drida section to also be intriguing viewing.

Looking very much forward to the next instalments.

no that is just for the compilation film, but all the future films (of individual subjects) will be cheaper.
