Still photos can not easily reveal fighting mentality, but a few seconds of animated gif probably could, in context, as opposed to playing with his canaries. If you don't know if the other fella is a fighter after seeing him take a couple of steps, probably you are in the wrong category yourself, lol.

Same for driver, dancer, and delicatessen owner.
