Split..lead and Follow

Yang Taiji Quan with "Gu Ru Zhang" family influence, Aka "Gu" Style Taiji

Some examples of how I learned Taiji Push Hand of Split, Lead & Follow.

Also, a couple people had requested me privately to show a drill for the elbow splitting.

Here's one I did with one of my students...albeit he's still kinda new to Taiji.

Best to you guys, "O"

First video especially is excellent. You are coming from the creative place when you speak -- nothing you say seems to make much sense, but in the context of what you're doing physically, it makes perfect sense.

Some of the people I played with when I first started dabbling in taiji were Gu Ruzhang lineage, something's going right there.

Thank you for that - very nice. It's good to see somebody using press as I understand it. No surprise really though as I am also in a Gu Yu Chang lineage :)
