time for examples, then:

- don`t get to much cause I`m not the Master disciple:
I agree, SLT books are among the worst, however very interesting read :)
and

the second pole:
- easy to learn-able - do it yourself :
just recently I get Steven Cardoza - "Chinese healing exercise...."
and it is my numero uno .
So easy to learn
and
very internal -rock-
