Lol.... there is a lot to read, in the next issue I've written about the ideas and principles behind Wado Ryu Karate and you will see how they relate to the Budo and CMA ideas. I've also written a controversial article about 'How to be a good student' as everyone seems to be focusing on finding a good club and instructor but forgetting the other side of the coin!
