Experientially, wuji posture tends to aid Spleen/Stomach with obvious assistance to rest of jingluo.
One of the first signs of activity is GI gurgling affecting intestinal motility (Spleen/Stomach) also influencing other meridians based on state of health. I do not have my TCM meridian charts or texts close by but I will elaborate further.
