Lots of words not necessary, a white horse is a white horse when you know what is white. Open close is internal method not brute.

Not all white horses are stallions. Open or separation, and close can be interpreted from the Taijiquan Classics of move or active then separate, and quietness then close. The question is how open close is relevant to LHBF or originated from LHBF?

Originated with LHBF? No. That portion of T.I.C.M.A. was present long before the creation of LHBF, and certainly not exclusive to the internals. In LHBF it's certainly an important part of the essential mechanics that are part of the style. "One thing moves, everything moves. One thing stops, everything stops". Without closing how can there be opening? Without contraction how can there be expansion? It's a natural part of breath, and basic movement. Connectivity is the key. The understanding that everything is connected in the human body, and what's the most efficient manner of movement.

All Stallions are horses, it is white you must understand to recognize a white horse.

Variations of white (off-white colours):

Ghost white, white smoke, baby powder, snow, ivory, floral white, seashell, corn silk, old lace, cream, beige, linen, antique white, champagne, eggshell, Dutch white, bone, vanilla, flax, Navajo white, Ecru.

White:
Hex triplet #FFFFFF
RGB 255, 255, 255
CMYK 0,0,0,0

I do not think anyone will recognize it visually.

Springiness is the key to continuity, when muscle stretch to its maximal it will bounce back without stopping.

No, Yeung, relaxation ((i think)) is the descriptive you're looking for. There is "loose", "tight", "springy", "tense", etc..... None of them are relaxed. None of them make full use of sensitivity, or are even aware, or have the ability to change immediately. Again, though, it goes back to my original statement. Everything is connected in the human body.

A white horse is not any horse.

Congenital movement is not any movement.

And relaxation from brute force is not the same as relaxation from congenital force.

The ability, for want of a better term, is to "go" from "1" to "10", and return to "1" in a nanosecond. In order for that to happen relaxation must be attained, and maintained.

Sounds springy to me :D wonder if it's congenital ::) or is it just the ability to control the inherent brute within us all 8-)

The more one relax the more intensity one can achieve in stretching.
