Thank you for sharing this. I found it very interesting as well.
I think the question: "how can I become a better martial artist?"
is identical, in terms of self knowledge, with the question:" how can I be a better dancer?"
the difference does not appear before the answer.

A little bit more approachable than moving step push hands or partnered circle walking for some. I really liked some of what I saw and thought I was watching a Systema video for just a moment. I think that the intertwined nature of dance and martial art is pretty well evident across the world.

Just few nights ago I was visited by old friends, one of which dances quite seriously, allthough not professionally. We had very interesting discussions about the states of mind and principles of pair dance. She told me about the need of cultivating sort of "no-mind" state which allows you to stick, and follow with your partner in perfect unison, the more relaxed you can get and more you can "let go", the smoother the dance is. I couldn't help but bring tuishou and martial arts into the discussion.. ;D
