Kungfu scene in Kaohsiung, Taiwan

Long time lurker here. People I used to know here seems to be all gone now. Anyway reason for my post is I will be in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in for about four weeks in December. I'm just wondering if anyone have any experience of the kungfu scene there? Any suggestions or advice what to look for, where to look, etc? I'm not expecting any referrals since I'm just a stranger online here. But if I know some names or places I can look up myself that would be great.
I'm there as my son is going to regular school for three weeks as part of an excursion/ exchange thing. I'm tagging along to make it a family holiday.
