There are discussion chapters on training The fist, the palm, the elbows, the shoulders, waist, eyes, kicking, stances, stepping etc plus more etc, but not as I think your asking on training the claws fingers per se if that is what you mean ?

Ok thank you for the feedback. I ordered a copy just to check it out as it sounds interesting. As far as not covering the fingers and hands, that is always the part I am most curious about when I cross paths with another style that is famous for its claws, spears, fingers, etc.
