Congratulations, Graham! I enjoyed the articles. The one on how to avoid being attacked had some great info in it - I especially liked the embedded video on hand positioning. When I worked in a psychiatric hospital we all found different natural looking ways to keep our hands in front of us whenever de-escalating a patient.
