That's cool John...You're HS definitely would have been different for me growing up.
I was a Navy brat ...so we moved around allot.
I was happy to wrestle in High School.... by the time you've graduated, you've done hundreds of matches one on one vs other wrestlers. That is considering all the meets + tourneys and during practices.
My daughters are Fencing in HS. I'm kinda jealous of that...wish they offered that when I was younger. Oh well....
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
