Havent been posting on here for ages, but here is an interview with Brendan Tunks, one of the best Seven Star Mantis practitioners I know. He is based in Canberra, Australia, so if you're in that neck of the woods, I highly recommend checking him out.

Really interesting interview, thanks for posting it. Seems like a very no-nonsense, down to earth guy with hard earned opinions based on real fight experience :)
