For those in Australia who know my old mate Randy Bennett I am sad to say he passed away this week
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

I met Randy several times back in the late eighties when we sparred with some of his students. Seemed like a great teacher and martial artist.

Ah damn another one this week (Richar bustillo has also passed away). Randy was one of the first people I met who introduced me to cma.

If I might ask Wayne, how did he pass? I can't imagine him ever being infirm or unwell. Very sad news.

I am not sure but Fong Lee who told me thought it was cancer
