Hero in all of us: Geoff Ho

Yesterday I had the privilege of interviewing Geoff Ho, a true hero, from his hospital bed.

Geoff, a martial arts practitioner, was caught up in the London terror attacks on June 3rd. He came eye to eye, and went toe to toe, with the three knife-wielding terrorists, refusing to back down.

Geoff was stabbed in the neck in the attack, and rushed to hospital where he was treated by our NHS and survived. It was an honour to talk to him.

Here's my interview:

Thanks for this interview. Yow, he is a hero. I don't know how many of us would have done the same. Honestly as a light hobbyist, I don't have this kind of intense training. Protect everyone else and delay and try to keep them talking and not attacking (for a tiny moment) was a smart response. How the heck did he survive that neck slash? Guess we will never know.

"otherwise, what is the point?"

yes, one might wonder and think you would be able to stand your ground
and stand eye-to-eye, toe-to-toe
but one nv really knows until it really happens

thanks
