This is totally non trivial and I think the amount of sex going on in Catholic orders is evidence enough that controlling your sexuality is not easy at all.
If you aren't planning on becoming a monk, it is probably more valuable to learn how to deal with sex in a healthy and mature way.
Having a consistent spouse or life partner is a great help for this, since they will both want to have sex with you sometimes and also demand your time in other ways that will draw your mind away from sexual thinking.
Being busy and having purpose are also really great ways to control your crazy balls.
Finally, I'd say that sexual storing is overrated and that it is perfectly possible to cultivate qi while having a sex life.
The key is to balance the different areas of your life so that no one dominates the others.
This is a life long practice and takes time and patience to cultivate properly.
Take your time and enjoy the process.
