Are there any known disciples/students of Chen Zhao Pei's out of the Chen village? Every bio of him I read stood that he taught in Beijing, Nanjing, Kaifeng and plenty of other places. But when it comes to those who confirms being his student, it's all Chen village people. How come? I can imagine that some students of his in Beijing continued studying with Chen Fa Ke when he came to the capital (especially assuming that Chen Zhao Pei asked Chen Fa Ke to come over to Beijing and teach, when Chen Zhao Pei himself had to leave for Nanjing; that would make it somewhat natural for his students to go under Chen Fa Ke's wing). But again, is there at least anyone who would claim that they started with Chen Zhao Pei and then became Chen Fa Ke's students?
