Posted: Mon Jul 31, 2017 12:23 pmmore Jones tai chi moves; yes maybe I'll do an entire long form set of these (I only made 2 gifs, the rest i found). and that can replace all the shitty, shitty tai chi form videos we complain about non-stop here. another move that doesn't look like harmless "push away" stuff. the opening move is a finishing move.
