Was a lot of work, a huge amount of trial and error, but very good fun! We've been getting a lot of positive feedback, so will be doing more in future.

actually, this form is our next project... we are gonna start filming next week when Josh returns from visiting his teacher in Henan.

This vid will be much longer than the Shuai Lu one, as its the most important form in Mantis, I will try to do it justice, theres so much content in it to explain beyond just movements and applications.
