You should have access to electromyography, mechanomyography, and time and motion equipment to differentiate the lengthening and shortening of muscles to ascertain movements that do not use brut force or concentric muscle contraction.

The original idea for the study was to examine the change (if any) in Tissue Density, Composition and Format after a prolonged cycle of connection training rather than the mechanical implications of those methods. But we may need to go down the mechanical route and change the objectives.
would be interested on your thoughts on what is called force coupling.
This would be a process of 'pairing' as i call it. I use this idea quite a bit.
