Are you suggesting that something humans are designed to do, have evolved do, is unnatural

a learned behavior..?

Humans are bipedal, freeing and allowing the use of hands. All a natural product of evolution.

..."The state of spontaneous movement wiesiek is talking about has him connecting a 'non-martial' qigong to whatever martial content is found in the form he practices....
Would like to straight up , a little,
Bruce,
MA contents of my "side loops" seems to be new aspect/not known technique , /quite often /,
This is what I found most interesting.
so,
my shot is, that TJQ "long forms" was born like this, kinda of natural way - from simple qigong practice ... -whip-

Brilliant

No different than playing catch with a tennis ball. or a fist-sized stone. Stone catch used to be a thing, you know? Better when friends play ;)

I would like to report, that those strange "side martial loops/forms" in my form disappears as suddenly as started.
I returned to the "businesses as usual " state,
but
something change, kinda of strange feeling come to play - " turning bones independently from the neighboring joints " -
-seems to be the best description .
