Simon Yeo podcast

Just listening to this podcast with Simon Yeo - it’s really good. He’s a ninjutsu (Willie!) and bjj blackbelt. Some great stories of training with Royce back in the day, but a lot of interesting thoughts on how traditional techniques work in the modern day and mixing it with more sport oriented practices.
