Toes-To-Tongue

The second article I would like to share this week is one I put together that ties together some of the things we work on in the so-called "internal" martial arts and where some of those concepts are starting to catch on in the modern era, specifically how we can use the tongue to create additional stability. I remember I posted an article I wrote about 10 years back about this and got flamed for it. Still, lo-and-behold, a decade later, these ideas are starting to gain more and more momentum among practitioners at the edges of mainstream medicine.

That's good stuff. You can feel the difference in stability.
