Doing lots of Five Element work, trying to stick with it to deepen it instead of move too much into other stuff. Can be tough going. Really got into using my legs to create the circles today, though, which felt nice. Have also got more power into my Metal Dragon. :)

Next project is static Five Fists and being able to change smoothly between them doing one at a time in the Creative Cycle.

Sarcasm. Oh yeah, like that´ll work.

Finally worked my way up to sets of 100 swings with my 16kg kettlebell, and my shoulder disfunction has improved to the point where I can press my 24kg overhead with either hand for 3-6 reps.

I'd like to point out to all of those taking part in the 2009 Lenten Challenge, that there is only 1 week to go! If you've been with us since the beginning, the finish line is in sight. If you've been on the fence about joining us, or have fallen off the wagon and haven't rejoined, how about one week dedicated to practicing every day? Please join us. We'd be happy to have you.

Here we are, it's Easter. Now that wasn't so bad, was it?

Yo, does that mean that you guys don't go on training as good as you can?

My challenge is not limited, and even we had no easter vacation here in Taiwan (totally unknown) and I had to work on Sunday (MA entrance exams), I still keep it going, though I had a real sweat (work) out this morning, lol.

Hi Rick,

Thanks for setting up the challenge - I think I trained almost every day (a hangover definitely stopped me one day :P ).

Plan to start a new challenge - hopefully 108 days doing Shooters drills, blind golden rooster, and a smattering of yoga and conditioning drills.

You've demonstrated that you can do over 40 days. That's a good start on 108.
