Cool! I liked the part that said-

"More than 1,000 years ago in northern China’s hinterlands, there were no police. Xing yi emerged for self-defense, said Mr. Henning, the martial arts historian.

“If you didn’t take care of your village, no one else was going to do it,” he said. "

Nice! But what is the photograph showing? (Hard to tell, but it looks like the performer is holding a pair of... nunchucks? :D )

The same can be said of just about all CMA systems.
