I saw this guy do this beautiful aerial adjustment in judo tonight - one guy was trying to do a sacrifice throw. the other guy put his head on the first guy, and did a FRAKKIN HEADSPIN like a breakdancing move, landing on his front side in a plank like position. WHOA!

Now that was "just" for sport to avoid a point, and we probably wouldn't call it "internal" but man, it was FRIGGIN AWESOME!
