I quite like the hold round the waist (jade belt) and lift/turn into knee shaving. Nice and simple and not huge amount of effort.

this move /take ups/is mostly for counters
me thinking

if you ask about favorite type of throw in attack ...:
i like big drop /tai o toschi/ in combination with sweeps

what are your best takeups?
