Breaking bones is unfortunately all too easy to do. With the exception of the femur, the skull and the scapula, the rest of the bones don't take any gratuitous tree violence to be able to break.

I really like TCMA methodts of training /still unable to fully "hang on tree" but im workin`on/
however
all lower branches in my training forest are breake alredy :D
i can use only higer ones for hig front kicks.

Can old bike tube, tie to tree trunk, serve as twisting body training tool?
for power test you can always use 2x4 horizontally mounted.
