Ran into this the other day. It's a lot of technical notes etc. from probably the best known pragmatic historical masters' classes out there. Much of it looks like things that we would discuss here, and there are some ideas that i've never seen examined on a board; i'm not sure if they are known IMA concepts or unique. It's an English translation, so no trouble reading it.

120- -section on physical fitness, including a part that looks like it was copied from a CMA verbatim.
