Use this move when you have a "reverse head lock"

This is a good move to use when you get some on a "reverse head lock (MMA guy may call it guillotine choke)" when he shoot at your leg. I call this move as "flip turtle (hand harmony in SC)" because your opponent will end with all 4 legs pointing to the sky.

seems to rely on having a good grip on the pants leg
amateur practices til gets right pro til can't get wrong
/ better approx answer to right q than exact answer to wrong q which can be made precise /

You don't need to grip on the pants. You can just use your hand to raise that leg up behind the knee.

Here's the Russian who brought that throw, along with some others, to judo.

Use the single head weight bar. The right hand hold on the none weight side, use your left hand to lift the weight side all the way over your head, and let the weight drop freely on the ground. You then switch to the other side. You need to work on this on dirt ground. Your single head weight needs to have some metal protection. I found this "metal protect" idea by accident. I used one of my old metal cooking pot as the mold when I pulled concrete. After the concrete was dried, I can't remove the metal pot. I then found it was not a bad idea after all. I believe any plastic container may crack after some serious training.

This move is one of my favor moves. I have very good successful rate on this.

funny.. A friend of mine who posts here pulled this on me when we last did a bit of wrestling.. the bastad.

I went in for a fireman carry and was reaching a bit further than I should for it over extending my posture, he reached over and flipped up my rear leg and over i went like a pancake.

If you're reading this you know who you are! :)
