A reverse head lock (MMA guy may call it guillotine choke) is used against a leg shooting. Since leg shooting is so popular in today's cage fight, I believe the "head lock" will be popular in the near future. I'm glad to see some real proof of using "head lock" in cage fight.

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
