Anyone know where "L'Ame du Kriss" is available for NTSC? Looks very interesting.

Another benefit for doing knife work is that you learn to let the blade lead the body which keeps the head up-right, the rear hand high to protect the neck area from counter-slashes and develops heavy punches. In our style of striking, the fist pulls the arm into the target, not the typical way around.

Swimming and gunting (lazy, "I almost can't be bothered doing this movement", empty-hand gunting) has helped me develop this concept in my own work. IMO it's an excellent idea to play with.
