Xie BingCan from Shanghai (lives in bellevue, WA now) has awesome internal. i've grabbed his touched while he's shown how each finger has a different internal connection by moving me with what he says are different organs and meridians. it's pretty wild.

he also said 'dantien turn' and i was moved back w/ no resistance whatsoever. i remember trying to make my arms as soft as possible at the time too to see if the force would go through the limpness.

one of my training buddies has lived all over china and says Mr. Xie is a top internal guy.
if it doesn't make sense, it's because I'm "typing" with Swype or using android's voice to text, which is pretty damn good by the way
