If you do your "low stance walking" twice a day, you can repeat your "hip throw" solo drill 350 times nonestop. If you do that, you will never have any health issue.

that looks like a great movie John. Could you provide the name of that one?

side note:
'lien gong fu, mei gan mao' was often heard in our training camp. (practice gong fu never sick)

there was never a 'health qi gong' or 'health exercise set'. You just trained. And it was understood that as a side effect you were just healthy as hell.
