I have it on my desk as we speak. The Essence Of T'ai Chi Ch'uan: The Litrerary Tradition, tr. Lo, Inn, Amacker & Foe. ISBN 0-913028-63-0

"Rembember, when moving,
there is no place that doesn't move.

When still,
There is no place that isn't still"

This book is worth knowing about even if you don't do TJQ.
I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

the koryu books series from http://koryu.com

'old school' by ellis amdur - been meaning to get 'dueling with o-sensei', I'm sure that would be an equally great read

Any of Dave Lowry's books

Im re-reading the Pa-kua Journal at the moment - that's one of my favourite reads, got the cd and had them all printed and individually bound.
