New Training Schedule

Postby JAB on Wed Sep 02, 2009 10:09 am

I am pleased to announce that their will be a new training schedule for Three Harmonies effective this weekend September 5th, 2009.

Wed. 5-6pm
Sat. 9:30-11am

As enrollment grows I plan on including additional classes. This will be the same curriculum, same structure, same tuition only the schedule has moved.

Hope you can join us for some fun stand up training!

Cheers

All classes are hands on (no forms) and are not stylistically based. Basically I teach combatives based on physical principles of the human body. We do kicking, striking, takedowns, and locks. These techniques are drawn from my 18 years of limited experience and not specific to any one "style" of martial arts. Self defense oriented with a focus on varying levels of uncooperative resistance (sparring), technique, and speed/power development.
For those looking for frog buttoned teachings of philosophy and qi, I am not your man. If you are interested in developing sound basics that will get you in shape, teach you basic self defense, and build your confidence...no one better in the area!

Cheers

Jake,

Hoping you and your students are well as summer fades and falls starts to poke its head out.

Damn,

I've been looking for frog buttoned teachings of philosophy and qi for years...

Dale, you still planning to move to Florida?

Very best of luck and success with your new schedule. I hope you get more classes than you know what to do with. :)

Thanks Chris! I am teaching 7 days a week, actually with this new schedule I will get Sundays off so now 6, so overall I am very pleased. My kickboxing classes at the downtown gym are booming, and the Taiji I teach at a private gym have both been constant for 2 1/2 years!

Kurt - keep me posted bro. I leaving Sat. open!

Hi Jake,

I remember when you posted that you were moving to Seattle (right?) a couple of years back and expecting some good things to come of it. Great to see that your teaching is going so well. Very cool!

Best,
Michael

PS—Never knew what frog buttons were before. Interesting.
