Maybe from a lot of running + zhan zhuang + a balanced diet? I dunno. They feel fine at any rate.


For sure. I think this is more key than whacking your shins with a rolling pin. lol

No point doing that if your not eating the right stuff or putting load pressures on the bone regularly.

Also i have noticed that, from alot of running and certain training methods the tibialis anterior is getting very developed and starting to cover the 'blade' of the shin bone effectively.
