Foot Skill

This is an excellent Judo "foot skill" clip that include most of the leg movements that any MA will need (sweep, inner hook, outer hook, knife hook, front cut, scoop, block, ... but no inner twist and outer twist). What's your opinion about "integrate those skill into your system"? IMO, those kind of "foot skill" should have no conflict but enhance your IMA training. What's your opinion on this?

Agreed. And these foot skills work just as well when followed by the hand or foot attacks of any style as they do when followed by throws or takedowns. 8-)

Those kind of sweeps are some of the first things I would look for when that close to an opponent. Lead the upper body one way and sweep the other. Or just push through if you really have their center.

Use the bagua foot!
