I am one of a senior students of GM Nam Anh in Montreal, Canada. We practice orthodox Wing chun. I practice Wudang style under him as well.
We practice hard chi gong too.

You are free to be here like all of us, Phillip, but you made a horrible first impression. Be a little more normal from now on.

Welcome to the forum! ;)

Yesterday night, i posted this message and this mooring, i found out that he was taken away. Why?? i feel that we have the right to put something without offending anyone, it's just an explanation to clarify somethings, where is the problem? At least, send me a PM to explain my mistake.

The essence of Wing Chun is based upon the game of the five animals, the three awakenings and the eight barriers if one of these three were missing, it would not be Wing Chun, for Wing Chun is what is necessary and what is sufficient

Signing up for a second acct after being banned = automatic banning. Philippe, you probably cannot read this from your IP, but if, after some time, you can see this site again from a new IP, e-mail an admin for a new acct.

also, this topic is meant for introductions and welcoming statements ONLY. no bickering allowed.

Hi,
My name is Adhil, I am a practitioner of a particuliar Tai Jutsu style. Almost a decade ago, while in India ( for work) I encountered an exiled monk from Tibet. He taught me his style of "Tai Chi" that he made from the teachings of his masters and his own experience. Its really a long story ... for an other time perhaps.....

I came to Mtl only a couple of months ago for a job. I am currently searching for a place to practice or even maybe learn. I am also available to friendly matches or technical exchanges to keep my reflexes sharp. To quote two of my master's favorite sayings " ten tousand theories are nothing compare to a hand on experience" and "a martial artist who does not spare or fight is nothing but an unusual dancer".

Regards,
A.

Hi Friends,

I do Xingyi Quan (Hebei style / mainly Sun Lutang style plus a bit of Sha style) in Munich since about a year and started on a bit of Bagua Zhang cross training about two months ago.

I try to train every day and combine with reading all the theory I can get by: It never ceases to amaze me how much I can keep learning from practising and contemplating practically the same stuff over and over again.

I look forward to joining into this interesting forum as well as joining into the discussion, if you'll let me.
