Gao style Bagua is coming to Amherst,MA.
Class will be taught by Senior instructor Marcus Opalenik of the Yi Zong lineage as taught by Martial arts adept Luo De Xiu.
Classes will be held Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 on Amherst Common. We will meet at the little Yellow information booth near the center prking lot.
Classes will consist of
Ji Ben shou fa -Basic hand methods
Tien gan - power and flexibility exercises
Houtien - Linear power development and skill usage
Xiantien - Ba guas famous circle walking practices for mind body and spirit unification.
Classes are $100 for the month.
