I am teaching private and group classes focused on developing the qualities within the arts.

We will be focusing on developing skill sets such as
Yi
Tendon change
Song
5 character song
Elastic force
Separating the surfaces


We will be using methods from xinyi liu he quan,yin style bagua and taiji.
