Shanghai

Postby Ryan_Walther on Tue Mar 15, 2016 7:12 am

I'm travelling for work in China but due to some last minute schedule changes I actually have a day to myself in Shanghai--any suggestions where I might go to practice/see some teachers/meet a teacher? My background is mostly in bagua but I have experience in taiji, lama and choy li fut as well. Any other suggestions (food, sites to see etc) are greatly appreciated, thanks!

When are you gonna be in Shanghai? There's a few of us from this forum who meet up to train from time to time. You would be welcome to join.

I should have put that in my original post, silly me. I'm actually in Shanghai now, and free of work obligations (so far) the night of the 20th and all day on the 21st

If you ever get back to Shanghai go to 9clouds studios in the French quarter. This is Patrick Kelly's Taiji school in China.
www.patrickkellytaiji.com, www.9clouds.cn.
You won't be disappointed!

Best of luck!
