I hear that the road to teaching martial arts can be rather bumpy, but hang in there! (2-3 students for the first year or two is quite normal, even for a teacher with all of the goods.)

I like that idea of bootcamp fitness classes . . . especially if you tailor the exercises to the conditioning needed for MA work.
