Iron Palm, Bagua, Shuai Jiao in Boston

Just a shout out to those in Boston.

Was training with Dale Dugas last week when I was in town, learning some excellent and I must say, rather profound iron palm methods, plus some of his Jiulong Bagua and Shuai Jiao. Had a blast. Dale's knowledge and skills are high level, no doubt. If anyone is looking for iron palm training and the best iron palm and injury dit da jow, Dale is the one to see. We had a great class in Boston Chinatown as well with very useful combat shuai jiao applications. With this being my 3rd trip out to see him, I'm already looking forward to the next time I can stop up.
