Hey everyone, I'm looking for some decent Tai Chi and Chi Gung instruction for my parents. The senior center style isn't what they're looking for.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks a lot, Tom! My parents can probably get on base, but my mom says MMA is for tools.

That link doesn't work - got a name of the instructor or school?
