Aunkai MiniSeminar, Oakland, CA

There will be an Aunkai mini-seminar/show'n'tell to take place in SanFrancisco on Sept. 14th (Sunday).
The duration will be about 6 hours, 3 of which will be indoors in some matted space. (Suigeitsukan dojo in Oakland)

Ark will NOT be at this seminar, (sorry to disappoint). Rob will be leading the seminar.

The event will roughly cover half conditioning exercises/usage (yes more excruciating exercises)
and half Ark's approach to using the conditioning for use in the ring (ie kickboxing, mma etc) -> more excruciating exercises, but you get to wear gloves and hit something to vent your frustrations. Please bring 12 to 16 oz boxing gloves, and a bo (if you have one).

Anyone is welcome to attend, including those who have never met Ark or Rob.

I apologize for the short notice, but this was a last minute deal that kind of popped up over the last month.
